Lilt makes it easy for you to manage all your projects from the projects tab. This article goes over all the tools at your disposal in the three project pages on the left sidebar:
- My Projects: Displays all projects you have created.
- All Projects / Project Shared With Me: Displays all projects for which you are a manager, translator, or reviewer.
- Archived Projects: Displays all projects you have archived.
The My Projects and All Projects pages are Kanban boards where each project is represented by a card. Project cards can be moved around to different columns to indicate the current state of each project. Only project managers are able to move, archive, delete, and change settings on projects.
Each project card displays the most relevant information about the project so you can quickly see the status of all your projects. Clicking on a project card will take you into the project where all the project settings and project tasks are located. In addition, there are several button icons on each project card that allow you to perform quick tasks without having to open up the project.
Project details
Clicking the show details button brings up a panel with more detailed information about the project and the project status. The details panel also allows you to modify the delivery due date by clicking the Assign button.
Delete project
Clicking the trash button brings up a popup that walks you through the permanent deletion of the project. Deleting a project will also permanently delete all of that project’s documents and segments from the translated memory. Deleting a project will not delete the memory associated with the project. Memories are managed through the Memories tab.
Archive project
Clicking the archive project button archives the project, moving the project from the Kanban board to the Archived Projects folder where it is stored indefinitely. Archiving projects allows you to keep your Kanban board clean from projects that aren’t currently being worked on. Projects can be unarchived at any time on the Archived Projects page, as described below.
Archive all projects
Clicking the Archive All Projects button will move all your projects from the Kanban board into the Archived Projects page.
Archived projects page
All archived projects you are involved with (as a manager, translator, or reviewer) are displayed in the Archived Projects page.
Clicking on the project name will take you to that project’s page where you can see all the details of the project.
Project managers are able to click on the Unarchive Project button to unarchive the project, returning it to the Kanban board.
