Lilt equips your organization to optimize your translation process for speed, quality, and cost.
Lilt’s core technology is based on an interactive, adaptive machine translation system which lets it learn in real-time from human feedback and/or existing translation memory data. This allows the system to become progressively better, smarter and assist the human translator with higher quality for potential fully automatic translation.
Today, machine translation (MT) is used to pre-translate texts, and the human translator will then complete machine translation post-editing (MTPE). MTPE consists of correcting the machine-made errors. Lilt revolutionizes translation by replacing post-editing with interactive and adaptive machine assistance - keeping the human in the loop.
Lilt's interactive MT is more accurate because it updates its suggestions based on what the translator’s input. Real-time adaption aids the translators and helps reduce the repetition of mistakes. It is also possible to upload a translation memory (TM) and termbase (TB) to prime the language model.
