# Salesforce Knowledge

LILT + Salesforce Knowledge connector enables companies to automatically push and pull knowledge base content from Salesforce. This saves you time by providing seamless localization while letting you continue to work in the systems you know.

## Configuration

1. [Create a new Salesforce user](https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=sf.adding_new_users.htm\&type=5) called "LILT".

2. Provide your LILT account representative with the credentials for the Salesforce "LILT" users.

## Workflow

Once the connector is configured, content is automatically moved between LILT and Salesforce as outlined in the sections below.

### Project creation

1. In your Salesforce translation workflow, assign your content piece to the new "LILT" user and click `submit`.

2. LILT periodically checks for new content under the "LILT" user and imports those files as Projects into LILT for translation.

### Project completion

LILT periodically checks for completed Projects. Completed project content is automatically delivered back into Salesforce for approval and publishing.
