This article goes over the actions you can perform on multiple documents. To see the actions available on single documents, see the Document Actions article.
In order to perform actions on multiple documents at once, you will need to select the desired documents. You can use the Select All button to select all documents. Likewise, you can use the Deselect button to deselect all documents. You can also select and deselect documents by clicking on the checkbox next to the document name.
Once the desired documents are selected, you can select one of the following options to perform on the selected documents:

When one or more documents is selected, click the Assign button to assign a translator or a reviewer to the document. You can also optionally set due dates for translators and reviewers. Once you have selected a translator or reviewer, clicking the Assign button will assign them to the document and they will be sent emails from firstname.lastname@example.org letting them know they have been given an assignment.
When one or more documents is selected, click the Pretranslate button to pretranslate all the documents using the translation memory associated with the project. For more details on pretranslating, see the articles on Pretranslating Documents and Using Pretranslation Effectively.
When one or more documents is selected, click the Delete button to bring up a popup form that confirms you want to permanently delete all the selected documents from the project.
