When translating and confirming a segment, the translator will now see an icon on the left side of the confirmed segment. This icon, a checkmark, shows that the segment is confirmed and ready for review. Unconfirmed segments will have no checkmark.
Once the reviewer starts working on the document, they will see the segments with the single checkmarks indicating that these segments are ready for review.
Once the reviewer starts reviewing and confirm a segment, they will see double checkmarks in green circle.
If the segment is marked with a double checkmark in a grey circle, they are pre-translated. If the greyed out circle contains a padlock, it means that the segment is locked for editing. The latter would be used in cases where review sampling is necessary.
