How to Use

  1. To get started, use a prompt (e.g., “Write a blog post”) or click the Create Content card at the bottom of the LILT Assist screen.
  2. Provide Assist with specific details:
    • Content Type: Specify if you need product descriptions, marketing copy, technical documentation, or website content.
    • Topic & Goals: Describe the core subject and what you want the content to achieve.
    • Language(s): List the target language for the content.
    • Source material: Click + to provide any existing reference files or style guides.
    • Linguistic Assets: Mention specific termbases, translation memories, or custom models the agent should prioritize.
    • Content Details: Define the desired length, scope, target audience, and tone.
  3. Review the Agent’s proposed plan and confirm to begin.
  4. Assist will generate a draft based on your prompts and company’s trained models. Review the draft text directly in the chat interface.
  5. Ask Assist for specific changes or tweaks (e.g., “Make the tone more professional” or “Add a call to action”).
  6. Once the source content is approved, the content can be easily copied or downloaded for sharing and publication.

Best Practices for Content Prompts

The more specific you are regarding your audience and intent, the better the agent can assist you.
Avoid unnecessary language and filler words when writing prompts. If you aren’t sure which workflow to use, simply ask Assist to recommend one. Use these four details to build a strong prompt:
  • Action: What do you want generated? (Create, draft, summarize)
  • Object: What is the content type? (Blog post, email, training manual)
  • Parameters: Key details (Topic, target audience, length, languages)
  • Context: What is the desired tone? (Professional, instructional, persuasive)

Quick-Start Prompts

New Content Generation
  • Using our English-Austrian model, draft a professional 800-word blog post about our new AI features for business users in German. Tone should be educational.
  • Generate a friendly 150-word announcement email in Italian for our Milan office regarding the holiday schedule.
  • Write a 200-word product description for our new enterprise platform targeting CTOs.
  • Create a technical training module for software engineers explaining our security protocols.
Revising Generated Content
  • Rewrite the second paragraph of this draft to be more concise and focus on cost-saving benefits.
  • Update the tone of this email to be more urgent and change the call to action to ‘Register Now’.

Sample Agent Interactions

User: "I need a blog post about our new product in English, German, and Japanese"

Assist: "I'd be happy to help create a multilingual blog post. Let me gather some details:
- What's the main topic or angle of the blog post?
- Who is your target audience?
- How long should the post be?
- Do you have any specific keywords or topics to include?"

Users: "It's about our new AI translation feature, targeting business users, around 800 words. Use the attached files as a reference"

Assist: "I'll create a professional blog post about your AI translation feature. Let me generate this in English first, then German and Japanese..."
