LILT Assist provides real-time visibility into your global content program. By analyzing complex data through a conversational interface, Assist helps you track quality trends, monitor AI performance, and evaluate budget and delivery metrics to make data-driven decisions about your translation strategy.

Key Features

  • Quality Trend Tracking: Monitor how translation quality scores evolve over time across different language pairs and content types.
  • AI Accuracy Monitoring: Evaluate the performance of your company’s trained models against human-vetted benchmarks to identify where automation is most effective.
  • Delivery Performance: Analyze turnaround times, project velocity, and deadline compliance to ensure global content stays on schedule.
  • Customizable Visualization: Request specific data views, such as bar charts or tables, and download findings as CSVs or images for internal presentations.
  • Data Portability: Quickly generate and download reports in CSV format or export charts for use in internal stakeholder presentations.

How to Use

  1. To get started, use a prompt (e.g., “What was the AI accuracy for my english-dutch model from last month”) or click the Analytics card.
  2. Tell the agent exactly what data you are looking for. (Note: You can only access data that your user role is permitted to see on the Analytics page in LILT).
    • Metric: Specify your interest (e.g., model accuracy, delivery reports, OTD trends, or budget information).
    • Segment: Define the focus (e.g., specific language pairs, connectors, or projects).
    • Timeframe: State the period (e.g., past quarter, last 30 days, or year-to-date).
    • Format: Choose the presentation (e.g., table, bar chart, or CSV).
  3. Review the Agent’s proposed plan and confirm to begin.
  4. Assist will generate the visualization directly in the chat. You can ask for further filters or request a download link for the CSV or image file.

Best Practices for Analytics Prompts

To get the most accurate insights, be clear and direct. Since the agent draws from the same data pool as the platform’s reports, specific commands work best. Use these four details to build a strong prompt:
  • Action: What should the agent do? (Analyze, compare, list, generate)
  • Object: What specific data is being looked at? (WPA metrics, invoices, OTD rates)
  • Parameters: What filters apply? (Language pairs, connectors, or specific linguists)
  • Context: Any special requirements? (Time period, data format)

Quick-Start Prompts

Performance and Quality
  • Show me on-time delivery by language pair for all projects completed this month.
  • Can you generate a bar chart with our AI accuracy for english-german for the past six months?
Financial and Operational Data
  • Provide a pricing breakdown by language pair for all invoices processed in March 2026.
  • Show me the error rates and job statistics for our Contentful connector over the last 30 days.

Sample Agent Interactions

User: "Can you provide AI accuracy data by language pairs?"

Assist: "To pull this data for you, I need a few details:
- Time Period: What date range would you like to analyze?
- Domain: Are you looking at data from a specific domain, or all domains?
- Model Type: Would you like to see Unadapted AI (baseline) and Adapted AI (fine-tuned)?
- Format Preference: Would you prefer a data table with all language pairs or a visual chart/graph?

Once you provide these details, I can generate the analysis for you."

User: "Please provide data on adapted AI over the last six months for all domains in a table."

Assist: "Perfect! I'll help you analyze Adapted AI accuracy by language pair over the last six months. Let me set up the plan for you."
User: "Can you give me a pricing breakdown for our projects last month?"

Assist: "I've pulled your financial data for March 2026. I can break this down by language pair, invoice total, or monthly trend. Which view would be most helpful for your review?"

User: "Break it down by language pair and download as a CSV."

Assist: "Understood. I have generated a pricing breakdown by language pair for March 2026. You can download the CSV file here: [File Download Link]."
