How to Use

  1. To get started, use a prompt (e.g., “Translate a document”) or click the Translate Content card.
  2. Click + to upload single files (see supported file formats) or entire folders. You can also paste text directly into the chat.
  3. Define your source/target languages and quality requirements (e.g., “English to Spanish, verified translation”).
  4. Review the Agent’s proposed plan (file details, languages, and workflow) and confirm to begin.
  5. Ask Assist for an update at any time by providing the project name, ID, or asking for past projects.
  6. Once notified (via LILT or email), you can download the finished file directly in the Assist interface.

Best Practices for Translation Prompts

The more specific you are regarding file names, languages, and deadlines, the better the agent can assist you.
Avoid unnecessary language and filler words when writing prompts. If you aren’t sure which workflow to use, simply ask Assist to recommend one. Use these four details to build a strong prompt:
  • Action: What do you want done? (Translate, check status, quote)
  • Object: What are you working with? (File, text, project ID)
  • Parameters: Key details (Languages, workflow type, scope)
