Best Practices for Translation Prompts
The more specific you are regarding file names, languages, and deadlines, the better the agent can assist you.
Avoid unnecessary language and filler words when writing prompts. If you aren’t sure which workflow to use, simply ask Assist to recommend one. Use these four details to build a strong prompt:
- Action: What do you want done? (Translate, check status, quote)
- Object: What are you working with? (File, text, project ID)
- Parameters: Key details (Languages, workflow type, scope)
- Context: Any special requirements? (Deadline, quality level, target audience)
