The Volume and User Activity modules allow enterprises to track how much value they get from LILT by volume, throughput, and individual user activity. This data is rolled up at the Organization level, allowing administrators to better understand how people throughout their organization are making use of LILT over time.

Volume

The Volume tab provides a view into the total volume of words processed through LILT over time.
  • Filters are available to narrow down the analysis by date range, source language, and target language.
  • Volume Charts show total instant source words, total verified source words, source word count trends over time.
  • Throughput Charts show average instant source words per hour, average verified source words per hour, and average human expert processing speed in words per hour. Customers using their own in-house translators and review experts can view statistics related to individual expert performance.
  • The Model Usage chart shows the total sorce words translated over time.
  • The Export to CSV button allows for data export from the Analytics dashboard.

User Activity

The User Activity tab provides insight into how users are making use of LILT.
  • Filters are available to narrow down the analysis by date range, source language, and target language.
  • Logins show total logins, unique logins, and logins over time.
  • User Activity by Workflow Stage shows the breakdown of user activity by words submitted, words verified, and words reviewed.
