Budget Tracking

Budget tracking allows enterprises to keep tabs on the spend of active projects in real-time and to project future spend. With Budget Tracking, you can:

  • Streamline workflow management - Reducing workflow management overhead while setting teams up for success.

  • Enhance clarity & accountability - Minimize risk of missed tasks and enhanced team collaboration

  • Control data access by domain - Oversee, control, and restrict access to information, models, and data sets per user

Budget Tracking data is displayed in the currency of a customer’s LILT contract. If you have multiple currencies on your contract, LILT has selected the primary currency for this data, and we do not do any currency conversion.

Archived jobs are displayed in Budget Tracking, which differs from the rest of Analytics. If an archived job is appearing on this tab that shouldn’t be, please reach out to your LILT point of contact and make sure the job is marked as “Do not bill”.

If you have any questions about the data in Budget Tracking, please reach out to your LILT representative.

Filters

Within Budget Tracking, you can filter your data by:

  • Job status - Pre-processing, Ready to Start, In progress, Done

  • Date - Range selector, up to 12 months

  • Due date

  • Domains. Note: If you are viewing as part of a domain, you will only see data for the jobs created within your domain.

Filters default to the previous six months of data, and only apply to the data beneath the filter (i.e. the three boxes above the filters are static data). Budget tracking data is only available for the last 12 months.
