Organization Owners

Every organization using Lilt's services must have one account designated as the organization owner. The owner isn’t necessarily the owner of your company, but rather the account of the person in charge of localization, for example, the localization manager. While typically the organization owner is assigned to the most senior person on the localization project, each organization can choose what works best for them.

Users with roles that permit them to create and edit team members (administrators and managers) can see a list of all members in the organization by navigating to the Organization > Users tab.

The organization owner:

  • is always an Administrator Role
  • is listed at the top of the member list
  • has their Name displayed in bold

The owner can utilize Role-Based Access Control to Add Users and Reassign Roles as needed.
