Instant Translate Homepage

Overview

The new Instant Translate Homepage is meant to give all organisation users quick translation access all of its language models while limiting access to the rest of the platform

Users who login using Instant Translate Homepage user permissions will not have access to verified translations, access to manage users or see any current or past translation projects.

We launched a new AI translation homepage designed specifically for intelligence and law enforcement agencies.

How To Setup

Step 1) In the Administrator user role, navigate to User Management

Step 2) Navigate to Roles tab and select “+New Role”

Step 3) Create a Instant Translate Role

For Home View - select Instant Translator Home
For Role type - select Instant Translator

Step 4) Enable permissions for the role

Enable:

  • Instant Translate

  • File upload and Download

Step 4) Navigate to Users and User Management and select new role type for users

Select a user to add to the new Instant Translate Role

NOTE: A user can only be in Instant Translate Homepage Role or Other roles within your org and not both at the same time. Meaning users who have access to Instant Translate Homepage will not have access to the rest of the platform and are not able to have both
