Concordance

Concordance assists translators and reviewers by providing quick access to information about word and phrase usage in a target language. The Concordance sidebar is available right in LILT Translate, allowing linguists to work faster by keeping more of their work in one place.

The concordance search pulls data from the following sources:

• Public data: There is a static set of public concordance data that is available to everyone.

• Memory data: All data that you add to your own Data Sources, either by uploading TMX files or by performing translation in the tool.

• Concordance-only data: When uploading TMX files, you can choose the option "for concordance only", in which case it will be indexed for concordance but not used to train the MT or as TM results.
