Overview
Once all configuration parameters are set, the connector will be able to:- Browse and select Inriver product entities, product types, folders, and fields directly in the LILT job creation page.
- Choose which product attributes to translate, such as names, descriptions, specifications, and other custom fields.
- Create translation jobs from Inriver content using LILT’s standard job setup options, including target languages, due dates, priorities, and workflow settings.
- Save reusable job creation templates for common product groups, field selections, or market/language configurations.
- Translate and review Inriver content in LILT while preserving product structure, field context, formatting, and relationships.
- Track translation progress, sync status, and errors from within LILT, with clear guidance when imports or exports fail.
- Automatically send completed translations back to the correct Inriver fields, with support for draft or published delivery based on your configuration.
Configuration
- Starting at the LILT homepage as an Administrator, navigate to Manage and then click Connectors.
- Select Inriver.
- If Inriver is not selectable, contact your LILT Solutions Architect for help.
- In Setup, enter your Inriver instance URL and API Key.
- Click Test Connection.
- If the connection test fails, contact your LILT Solutions Architect for help.
- Save the configuration.
